Return and Refund Policy
At Nia, every product and offering is created with intention and care. Because of the nature of our products — which include physical wellness items, digital resources, and personal support services — our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent with our commitment to the families we serve.
1. Physical Products — The Partner Toolkit
All physical product sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a kit has been opened.
Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. To process your claim, we may ask for a photo of the damaged item and your order confirmation.
Unopened Items. If you have received an unopened kit and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Unopened returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased as gifts follow the same policy. If you received a Nia product as a gift and it arrived damaged, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Digital Products — The Partner Playbook E-Book
All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on e-book purchases. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Text Nia Feature
Included with Kit Purchase. Text Nia is included at no additional charge with the purchase of the Nia Partner Toolkit. No separate refund is available for this feature when included with a kit.
Standalone Subscription. If you have purchased Text Nia as a standalone feature and have not yet activated the service or received any responses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us directly.
Once the Text Nia feature has been activated and responses have been provided, no refunds will be issued. This is because the service is delivered on an ongoing, personalized basis and resources have already been committed to your support.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Text Nia subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing or service period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active service period.
4. Bundles
If you have purchased a bundle that includes both physical and digital products or Text Nia, the refund policy applicable to each component applies separately. A refund for one component of a bundle does not entitle you to a refund for other components.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy above will apply.

For all return, refund, or cancellation requests, please contact us through the contact page at meetnia.com. Include your order number and a brief description of your concern and we will respond within 48 hours during our operating hours of Tuesday through Saturday.
7. Our Commitment
We understand that you are making an investment in your family’s experience during one of the most significant seasons of your life. If something is not right, we want to know. Our goal is always to find a fair resolution that honors your trust in Nia.
